All products will be delivered based on the New Zealand Goods and Consumers Act.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be supplied for products supplied faulty or damaged during freight.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Returned Items must be in their original condition and include all the original packaging.

It is the customer's responsibility for all Shipping charges on returned items unless there has been a shipping fault (wrong items sent). Upon receiving the damaged goods, we will ship the replacement products to your original shipping address at our expense.
